Six larger solar systems and three smaller systems in the original scope.
Completed in July 2026.
The specifications below are the original scope supplied by REX, rather than a separate as-built equipment schedule.
Five 450 W panels per unit, giving approximately 2.25 kWp of solar PV capacity, with a 2.5 kW inverter per unit.
Three 450 W panels per unit, giving approximately 1.35 kWp of solar PV capacity, with a 1.5 kW inverter per unit.
Nicholson GRP fixings, installed by REX. The original scope allocated waterproof sealing to the developer's team.
The scope separates the solar mounting work from the waterproof sealing work. That interface needs to be agreed between the solar installer and the roofing team before installation.
The Main Avenue roof plan shows the intended panel layout across the development. It is the original planning document supplied for this case study, not an as-built drawing.
