How REX handles the details you send through this website. Short version: they are used to answer your enquiry, kept for 12 months, then deleted.
Only what the enquiry needs.
When you send the quote form, we collect your name, email address, contact number and the type of project you are interested in. The same applies if you phone or email REX directly. Please do not include sensitive information in the form.
How it is used
Only to respond to your enquiry: to call or email you about your project. We do not add your details to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to the REX team at info@rexperts.co.uk. The website itself does not build a marketing database from your enquiry.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted. If your enquiry becomes a project, relevant details may be kept longer as part of the project record.
Your rights
You can ask REX at any time to see, correct or delete the details you have sent. Call 020 8089 1208 or email info@rexperts.co.uk and we will handle it.
REX is the trading name of EV Charging Experts Limited. This notice was prepared in October 2026 and applies to enquiries made through this website.
