Our annual check-up, in line with our 5-point maintenance plan, includes a thorough inspection of the EV charging points. Our technicians will examine all charging points and their respective housing to identify and address any potential safety issues promptly.
Since a well-maintained EV charging point operates at peak performance, we make sure to clean your unit thoroughly. Our cleaning and electrical checks ensure that your EV charging port remains free of dirt and debris, while the power supply is kept consistently reliable at all times.
Routine EV charging point maintenance, including firmware updates and electrical safety checks, contributes to the longevity of your charging points. By addressing potential issues early, you can extend the lifespan of your EV charging infrastructure.

Timing is crucial when it comes to the maintenance of your EV charging point. We recommend a comprehensive check-up once a year, aligning with our 5-point maintenance plan. This annual inspection includes the following:

Single charger on site: – AC Charger Annual Service = £220
Multiple chargers* on site: – AC Charger Annual Service = £180. Each additional AC Charger = £149
*This is based on charging points, a dual charger is treated as 2 points.
We aim to be able to attend site within 3 working days of a reported issue.
For subscribers of our Annual Service Plan, 25% discount on Call Out & Labour Fees.
Call out fee = £180 (One Hour) Each Additional Hour (8am-5pm Mon-Fri) = £55 per hour Material & equipment = we mark up any materials, equipment needed by 15%
